The Aboriginal approach to life

"Some Thoughts about the Philosophical Underpinnings of Aboriginal Worldviews," by Mary Graham, in the Australian Humanities Review (Issue 45, November 2008).

If the western-world approach to "What's it all about?" corresponds to something like "What's the meaning of life?", the Aboriginal (and pre-Picassian) one might be "What is it that wants to know?" This essay explores some deeper differences between the two.
